I think of a company as a 'living' ecosystem that is all connected: What are our customers asking for (that will also help to drive more revenue)? Where are those features/capabilities on the Product Management Roadmap? What is the hiring (and spend) plan to ensure we have the talent to develop, deliver, sell and support those features? The ecosystem needs the analytic and visualization capabilities to easily see trends, anomalies and gaps across the breadth of the organization.

• Built my own Covid-19 tracking database so that I could answer such questions as: Is case growth due to testing growth? (It’s not, in many cases, btw.)
• Empower teams to drive efficiency and increase productivity with structured processes, procedures and tools, implementing RPA (robotic process automation) to automate repetitive tasks eliminating transposition errors, reducing OPEX and the need for more resources
• Inspire teams to live by the DIKW paradigm (Data, Information, Knowledge, Wisdom); strive to provide Wisdom, what is happening and real actionable plans about what to do, not just raw data that needs to be synthesized and processed
